Coincidentally, the morning I finished renovating my town house, I got a random phone call being asked if I knew somebody who is interested in buying a house. That was Adrian, who was able over the phone, not only to dissipate my suspicions on who he was, but to also to convinced me very fast, and later on prove it, that DREAMS COME TRUE. To make long story short, he was able to sell my town house way above the appraised value, despite the homelessness situation in the area and the fact that there were 2 other properties in the same complex, sold within several weeks at a much lower price. He found me a buyer within 17 days period, which was the deadline on my opened escrow agreement, for the desired property he had for sale and which was not yet on the market (!!!). Overall, Adrian changed my life and my 🐕 in so many ways, and I’m extremely grateful for it! Throughout the entire process, he was very knowledgeable, patient, found a middle way to make all parts involved win, answered to any question I had in a timely manner. He was professional, paid great attention to details, gave me confidence and all the support I needed to go through it and feel that he’s really there for ME, as I did both transactions by myself. If you ever sold a property or day dreamed about becoming an owner, you might have experienced how draining the process can become. I would definitely recommend Adrian Urrea for any transaction.
